Find out what do you need to start.

At this stage you feel you are pretty much ready to start your keto journey.

How to know if you are in ketosis? You may  use ketones home tests. The most popular and inexpensive method are the keto strips.
If after performing this test you are not in ketosis, revise your plan, your menu, your macros and find out where are you failing. 
Do you need to change your meals, adjust your macros, avoid dairy, processed foods, drink more electrolytes, etc.
